I know it's been a while since I've posted a full blog but if you follow my Tumblr account you'll know I've been posting a bunch of tiny images on projects and work I've done.
Recap
So to recap what's been happening between March and the end of October - in no particular order:
- I've been working on the Taj Packs and have completed the following packs (Some I've posted up before)
- Closed Book - Dungeon Magic Pack
- Potions 1 - Dungeon Magic Pack
- Potions 2 - Dungeon Magic Pack
- Scrolls - Dungeon Magic Pack
- Candles - Dungeon Magic Pack (of which was updated recently)
The Unity Store has been updated and the prices have changed too.
- I had some good news about my own health after receiving treatment for my health issues. It would seem I'm in remission and I just need to keep an eye on everything to ensure a long healthy life.
- I've had some bad news about my family, however these are personal and I'd prefer to keep this more to myself. This might effect my (lack of) posts in the future though.
- I've been working hard on some more Taj Packs. I've started/almost completed:
- A collectables pack including gems, power ups; and pick up items including a key, bucket, heart, poop and metal.
- Halloween special of Baba Yaga in Babushka and Witch form
- Travel Pack with a tent, lamp, backpack and fireplace.
- Water Pack with a raft, a boat, a sail and a message in a bottle.
- I've been streaming a lot of late. In fact my last few posts on Tumblr have just been links to my streams on Picarto.TV
- I completed two games with Plugin Media (admittedly most of that was in January and February but I can't remember saying that they were actually complete).
- I've watched a lot of Youtube and Netflix so I'm ready for the next kid's game opportunity. More specifically TMNT, Voltron, Hotwheels: Battleforce 5 and Bionical.
- I've done improvements on my D&D game which has forced me to create maps for the campaign. And a huge mind map for the story and where's it's going.
Nov and onwards
I have to move house in a week so I might be on hiatus for that week. Which means that everything is going to start on the first of November.
So I have the following lined up.
- First and foremost find out what the internet code is for the new place
- I like streaming on Mondays just after lunch on Picarto.TV. I get to concentrate and I get to talk to people about my art and it gives me real-time feedback. But I also want to do livestreams on Thursday mornings on Youtube. (These are subject to change when I have to travel to the studio for work).
- A bat pack (a few different bats with animations)
- I have the following packs to start
- A second character pack
- Extra Clothes Pack
- Base Dungeon Pack
- Dungeon Magic Pack 2
- Forest Monsters Pack
- Dungeon Monsters Pack
- Cave Monsters (bats included) Pack
- Forest Animals Pack
- Cave Animals Pack
- Water Animals Pack
- Village Pack
- I really want to get into drawing a bit more
- I need to have a Christmas holiday with family - at least a week of no work and as many games as I can play on this laptop
- We're looking at getting me a new laptop so that I can concentrate on more AAA style work and expand my portfolio
- We'll be heading back to Australia in February so we have a few things to take care of before then and once we arrive.
- I have a commission that will be due to print in the first week or so of November but that's something I should complete beforehand
- And hopefully before we move to Australia I will have a story complete for my D&D game. Of which is growing extremely large.
- Also I want to write this story out so that it becomes a little adventure that I can share with people - and it'll be thought out better.
Other than that I have a pretty interesting time ahead for better or for worse, so we'll see how everything pans out.
