Who is Kylie “Shadowtajun” Halley? 

Kylie, also known as Shadowtajun online (said like Cajun); is a seasoned 3D Generalist with over a decade and a half of experience spanning the video game, urban development, and educational industries.

She greatly enjoys creating assets for low-def hardware like mobiles and tablets. Her stylized skills can be translated into photorealistic and semi-realistic pipelines making her a great fit for any job.

Available for remote work worldwide, or hybrid remote work from South Brisbane to the Gold Coast - Australia; in the GMT +10 timezone.

  • We are artists that have skills in all areas of the pipeline. Including but not limited to: modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, and even technical work. Basically, I can contribute to multiple parts of a project, and tend to adapt to fit a team very quickly - very cost effective if I say so myself.

    I am currently studying for my Certificate III in Manufacturing Technology (CAD/Drafting) at QLD Tafe

    During my time at QUT - Bachelor of Interaction Design (2019-2021 incomplete) - While I attended, I received a GPA 6.87, was on the Dean’s List twice, Design Intensive Finalist, and as a group was Design Intensive Winner twice

  • This depends on the project and I am always willing to negotiate.

    But for work in the video game industry, I charge what the GWA union recommends a senior worker to be awarded.
